I brought my dog just for vaccines and an overall exam and found out he had some pretty bad teeth causing him pain and needed a dental. I was able to get him scheduled for his dental 3 days later and everyone was super nice and everything was explained very well. I got updates during the surgery and a phone call right after. Everyone I spoke to was super kind!! Nobody seemed in a rush to get the conversations over with and answered my questions clearly. A couple days after they also reached out to check how my dog is doing before his check up as well. I could tell staff genuinely cares and we felt very welcome. 10/10!!

This was my first visit. Saw Dr. Jacob Mathias with my dog Shawna. She needs TPLO surgery. Was very impressed with the clinic, the staff and Dr. Mathias.

I absolutely loved everything about this place from the people to the level of care The surgeon that will be doing our babies tplo surgery was absolutely AMAZING he took the time to sit and discuss with us the before, during, and after surgery instructions and answered all questions we had and explained everything so we completely understood before we left (about a hr) even zoomed in the x-rays to explain to us in detail. All the other staff were very nice and welcoming.....it was like my baby was their baby also. Loved the hole experience. The level of compassion that all the vets and techs have here

I cannot thank the team at Tipp City Veterinary Hospital enough for the incredible care they provided my dog Priscilla. She needed an emergency pyometra spay, which was a terrifying experience for us, but the staff handled everything with such professionalism and compassion. They truly went above and beyond to make sure she was safe and that I was kept informed every step of the way. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. If you are looking for a vet you can trust with your fur babies, I highly recommend them! Every single employee I spoke to there was very kind and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this place, they earned a lifelong customer and I will recommend them to everyone. Dr. Joel, Dr. Susan and every single other team member there were absolutely amazing. Thank you all 🙏🏻

Yes, Tipp City Vet Hospital does and they are so good and respectful when it comes to your 4 legged family members. They helped us with our 3 dogs that we decided to have put down. It was the hardest decision we had to make but Tipp City Vet was supportive in any decision we made and was truthfully with the pros and cons with the possible outcome of either decision we made as a family.
