I contacted Dye’s Appliance after having a different company come out, which was referred through the warranty service on my whirlpool refrigerator. The problem was that it would not dispense water or ice through the door. The manufacturer preferred company came out twice and was unsuccessful on fixing the problem. The warranty Company covered our claim in full and closed it as unrepairable equipment.
I contacted the Appliance in a last ditch effort to pay for the repair before buying a new refrigerator. The entire repair process was professional from start to finish, from the way the initial phone call was handled to how quickly we had someone on site to resolve the problem was an excellent experience.
To summarize, the repairman who came ou creatively found a solution to the problem saving us thousands of dollars in buying a new refrigerator warranties the work and left us as satisfied customers. I cannot recommend Dye’s Appliance enough for anyone who experiences appliance problems that need fixing!!

I stumbled across this business searching online for someone to repair my dishwasher; and I’m so glad I found them! Their service was quick and expert. Colin, the technician, told me the expected cost of repairs and advised me that it was close to the cost of a new dishwasher, giving us the option of buying a new one rather than repairing our old one. Dye’s Appliance Repairs doesn’t sell dishwashers; so they would not have gained anything had we chosen to purchase a new one. Such honesty is a rarity! Colin also explained that the repair could potentially require replacement of multiple parts and why. When Colin returned with the parts a few days later, he didn’t simply install all the parts. Rather, he installed the main component first, and tested the machine before proceeding. Since the additional parts weren’t needed, he returned them to the manufacturer and didn’t charge us for them. His carefulness and honesty saved us several hundred dollars off the estimate he’d given us the first day. I couldn’t be happier!

Service call is $75 to come out and check them out. That covers 2 or 3 appliances. If you've got more than that, give me a call.
