I had an ice maker replaced. Dyes ordered the part from Samsung and installed it but it turned out the part was defective. Dyes reordered and replaced the defective ice maker as soon as the new one came in. The tech was very quick and very efficient. I would definitely call Dye’s in the future for any appliance repair.

Service call is $75 to come out and check them out. That covers 2 or 3 appliances. If you've got more than that, give me a call.
