Friendly staff and prompt with telephone calls or emails. Very upfront about costs and time frames of work being completed. They also appreciates first responders military and other public servants. Thank you

My first time at this repair shop and it was a great experience as a younger woman with little car experience. I Recently got a new (used) car and absolutely panicked that my oil leak was a far more severe situation. Made my appointment and dropped it off during closed hours. Within hours of opening the following day, they called me and walked me through the solution as well as their recommendations in a kind and informative manner. I also love that they send a link to approve/decline services as well as the itemized costs and a review of my car from a comprehensive inspection. They were so easy to work with and had my car ready to go within hours. I will most definitely be back for future maintenance!

I have been using The Garage for a few years now and these folks continue to be fantastic. Their customer service is the best in the area. I have taken vehicles to numerous shops in Cecil County and the Garage has stayed as the go to. You'd be hard pressed to find a better all around shop.
